Frequently Asked Questions
How to remove the head hugger from a Tri Mode?
Recent/Current model Tri Modes do not have the top of the shoulder straps sewn into the fabric of the seat. Instead, the top of each stroller strap ends in a plastic ring. This ring can be turned (from behind the seat) and manipulated through the slit in the seat board and seat fabric. The straps can then be threaded through the head hugger for removal, then rethreaded back through the seat fabric and board!.
How do I remove the seat liner?
Essentially, the seat liner is attached to the frame via a series of metal snaps that traverse both sides of the stroller frame and webbing belts. Lift each metal snap (be careful not to disengage each snap by pulling on the fabric. This can fatigue the fabric around the snap, loosening it and causing the metal snap to pull free of the fabric at a later date) and disengage it from the frame.
